What is the one man-made thing in heaven?

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. (Revelation 11:19)
Assuming “the ark of HIS testament” in this passage is the same as “the ark of THE covenant” that Moses had constructed, this would be the only man-made thing we know of in heaven. Of course, that is a huge assumption, considering the symbolic nature of the book of the Revelation. Just as the Tabernacle was a physical manifestation of the spiritual reality (Hebrews 9), so the physical ark of the covenant may have been a manifestation of a spiritual “ark of his covenant” in heaven. If so, then there is no known man-made thing in heaven.
